Returns & Exchanges

At Memo Paris, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened cellophane packaging and include the original packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
